On the years 1987 and 1988, foreingners began to arriveto the Pacific Coast Area, with the porpouse to buy a property and then made own businesses or just to build a house and settle on the country.
Olman Rojas Rivera saw an oportunity on this activity. He created his own company contributing with the expansion of the Zone, Central Pacific of Costa Rica.
Constituted as "Transporte y Servicios Rojas Jimenez (Constructora JOD & DOP)" we started operations in 1988.Today, the company has consolidated and more projects have been made, increasingly in their importance.
The main office is located at Baru de Aguirre.Also, we also have an office in Punta Mala, Osa.
